The Equestrian Centre
The Riding School
At the Equestrian Centre Podere Tremulini all premises are equipped with bathrooms, showers, changing rooms and tack-rooms.
The horses are kept in stables with a covered porch. Each one has a large individual paddock.
There are also fenced paddocks and fields where they can be put to graze on a rotation basis.
There are two outdoor schools, a large rectangular one and a round one, with all the equipment needed for riders to school their horses in preparation for hacks in the countryside.
There are also various obstacles and jumps of different kinds for games and to imitate country side terrain.
The horses
There are nine horses of different ages and character for all levels of ability, all trained and used to hacking in the countryside. They are all Italian breeds from various regions.
Prisca, is a bay from the Maremma region, and Rio is a Sauro Balzano a tre , they are older, very good natured horses and experienced with children.
A little younger but also good natured are Nadir, a dark bay Maremmano-migliorato and Scilla a light bay, both suitable for young or novice riders.
For more experienced riders, who prefer the challenge of a younger horse, we have Mizar a nine year old Roano and Tequila, a Sicilian Saura.
Last but not least we have Sirio, Ghibli and Diana who can be ridden by proficient riders.
Your horses
The Centre also welcomes riders who wish to bring their own horses. It is possible to leave them on livery all year round using all the services available in the Centre.
The Centre has a special agreement with a vet, a blacksmith and a work shop for the maintenance of equipment needed for both horses and the riders.
